Stamping

LORMEDO Production is able to stamp your parts due to its 20 high output presses and a pressing capacity from 30 to 500 tons.

The lines of presses are automated with adjustable electronics and can take up to a 1 metre
roll width and a 5 mm thickness of sheet steel.

The presses have the capacity to accommodate tools weighing up to 7 tons. Reel stands have
the capacity to take reels weighing up to 7 tons.

Integrated manufacturing controls using wheel coders, magnetic sensors and invisible eye
barriers guarantee the quality and the safety of the process.

All the production is managed via the software of CAMM: PROCOST
