Who are we?
Specialized in sheet and bobbin metal work from 1986, LORMEDO SAS is an administrative holding which manages two production subsidiaries:
- Lormedo Production (LORraine Mécanique Emboutissage Découpage Outillage Production), and
- LPM (Lorraine Précision Mécanique)
A global offer of services
LORMEDO offers you a global coverage for your projects: from the 3D modeling, to the delivery of ready to assemble products with a surface treatment if necessary.
Whatever the batch, the complexity or the evolution of your components, LORMEDO insures an industrial answer for all your requirements.
With a total production surface of 10 000 m² and high-performance equipment, these companies evolve and invest together, as much as to assure the safety and their associate’s skills as well as increasing the means of production or for building expansion.
Lormedo, history and key dates
- 1986 : Creation of LORMEDO (press line)
- 1988 : Increase of LORMEDO capital
- 1991 : Creation of LPM (tooling)
- 1997 : Increase of LPM workshops surface area. Integration of new laser cutting technology
- 2000 : Increase of the surface area and integration of an ESAT (Establishment and help service by work) for the packaging
- 2005 : A new increase in surface area which permits a reorganization by business sector : presses, sheet metal working, packaging, expedition, storage, assembly, welding, complete product assembly and setting-up of new machines: one for laser cutting, two for bending and a welding robot
- 2006 : LPM becomes a Lormedo subsidiary.
- 2007 : LPM becomes a Limited company and increases its capital. Lormedo becomes an incorparated company and increases its capital
- 2008 : Creation of Lormedo Production and extension of the building to store the raw material and administration offices – Setting-up of a press of 500 tons.
